Mediacom BLINK_live APAC Forum 2017-2018
The one-day inaugural forum was held at the newly renovated Shangri-La Hotel Singapore and spread around five rooms for concurrent panel sessions in exploration of technological trends affecting media industry. Besides the forum discussion, the ‘Tech Garden’ exhibition space was another highlight of the event. Big media brands were at the event with technology-centric display, including Google 3D Draw, Hololens by AOL, Facebook Coffee Messenger & Virtual Reality, Blippar AR booth and many more. With efficient layout planning, the tiny corridor was transformed into a vibrant and welcoming space for interactive activities and BLINK_live branding opportunities.
After the astonishing success in year one, The APAC forum returned for the second year with full content, technical and capacity upgrade. The forum took place within Grand Hyatt Hotel and see the involvement of more event attendees and new participating brands: UNRULY, Snapchat, Instagram and Bose etc. The ‘Tech Garden’ was once again packed with interactive display and demonstration, such as live streaming of Snapchat and Instagram app on big screen, Hololens generated hologram display and more. BLINK_live branding was again artistically incorporated through: the signature BLINK_live 3D branding wall, Mediacom colour-themed intelligent lights display and custom built signages.
